You will learn techniques to watch and help each other find the correct lines in the inversion and techniques to protect yourself from a fall in case of a failed attempt. Explore various positions and supports, gradually increasing strength and endurance in these poses.
The class starts with a warm-up and gentle flow to prepare your body for the challenging postures to follow. You will then be guided through exercises designed to enhance your strength, control, and confidence in handstands. We also provide assistance and feedback for spotters (second person ensuring the handstand) to help you improve your technique and overcome any obstacles.
