Classes last 1 hour and 15 minutes and are divided into the following stages: 10 minutes of breathing exercises (pranayama), 50 minutes of the main class, and 15 minutes of deep relaxation (savasana). The main class starts on the floor with low positions, warming up the entire body, followed by sun salutations and various flows depending on the class and level. Savasana is often a deep relaxation with meditation or silence.
